Maserati is a much older company than both Ferrari and Lamborghini. The company started its journey in 1914. The first cars rolled off the production line in 1926.
Maserati's factory is located in central Modena. In addition to the production, there is an exhibition with modern cars and (of course) a shop with Maserati merchandise.
It is possible to visit the production plant. However, factory visits must be booked in advance. The tour takes about an hour and a half. You book on Maserati's website. Maserati's production is state-of-the-art, much like any other large car manufacturer.
