Villa Cora

A luxury hotel located on the hills just outside the historical center of Florence.

Villa Cora is an aristocratic residence built at the end of the 19th century. It is a classic Italian luxury hotel with sometimes bizarre artistic styles. It is the pinnacle of Italian lush luxury design, and we love it.

Villa Cora has become throughout the years one of the major cultural and cosmopolitan symbols of Florence. Many important events have been held here throughout the years, and many prominent guests have visited. Most notably the Russian composer Tchaikovsky.

The hotel is perfectly up to modern standards, while retaining the old Italian class. It is strongly recommended to have dinner outdoor by the pool. It is exceptional. You can park your supercar directly in front of the fountain, opposite the reception which makes a great photo. It is also well located just out of the very busy city centre, while still being within walking distance to just about everything you would like to see.

Tip: If you take the elevator to the top floor, you can usually get a completely private terrace with a magnificent view of Florence.
