The event is 2 700 EUR and includes everything for a driver and co-driver sharing one car and hotel room:

Track driving: Two days of driving on Spa-Francorchamps with world-class instruction. The first day is divided into sessions. The second day we drive open pit lane the entire afternoon. The event is limited to 72 cars. 107 dB noise limit.

Hotel: Three nights in Hotel de La Source **** with breakfast and parking for your car. The hotel is located right next to the track.

Full hospitality: Welcome- and closing dinners in the hotel, barbecue dinner in the hotel, catered lunches on the track with snacks & coffee available throughout the day.

Also included: Professional photos taken from the event. Our famous event polos are also included, for both the driver and the co-driver.

Transport option: We have a transport available from Scandinavia to Spa-Francorchamps and back.

GRAN TURISMO EVENTS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
	1.	Acceptance of Terms
By confirming participation and/or making any payment toward the Event, the participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
	2.	Nature of the Event
The Event is a driving tour and lifestyle experience, not a race or competition.
Participants must not race, compete, or place bets. Breach may result in removal without refund.
	3.	Scope of Services
The Event may include accommodation, vehicle rental, logistics, and curated experiences, often pre-booked and non-refundable.
The Participant acknowledges that the Event is a dynamic experience and that elements may vary during execution.
No specific routes, mileage, or daily driving distances are guaranteed.
	4.	Booking and Payment
Participation is confirmed upon payment.
Late payment may result in cancellation and a EUR 250 fee.
	5.	Eligibility
Participants must be 18+ and hold a valid driving licence.
	6.	Compliance with Laws
Participants must comply with all applicable laws.
	7.	Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for travel documents and legal compliance.
	8.	Insurance
Participants must have valid vehicle, travel, and medical insurance.
	9.	Code of Conduct
No driving under the influence. Participants must behave responsibly.
	10.	Vehicle Compliance
Participants must ensure vehicle compliance in all countries visited.
	11.	Branding and Sponsorship
Official branding must be displayed. Unauthorised branding is not allowed.
	12.	Cancellation and Refund Policy

12.1 Participant Cancellation
These cancellation terms reflect the progressive loss of value to the Organiser as the Event date approaches.

Participants may cancel at any time in writing. Due to the nature of the Event and advance commitments to third-party suppliers, the following cancellation terms apply:

More than 90 days: Full refund minus the initial down payment as specified in the booking confirmation
90–61 days: 50% refund
60–31 days: 25% refund
30 days or less: no refund

12.2 Non-Recoverable Costs
In all cases, the Organiser reserves the right to retain any amounts already committed or payable to third-party suppliers (including but not limited to vehicle rentals, hotels, logistics, route planning, staffing and event services), to the extent such costs are non-recoverable.

Participants agree that the above cancellation terms represent a fair and reasonable estimate of the Organiser’s losses in the event of cancellation and shall apply and be binding in the event of any payment dispute, chargeback, or similar claim initiated by the Participant.

12.3 Substitution
Participants may nominate a replacement participant, subject to approval by the Organiser, up to 7 days before the Event. An administrative fee may apply.

12.4 Credit Option
The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future event in place of a refund.

12.5 No-Show
No refund for no-shows or early withdrawal.

12.6 Personal Circumstances
Personal issues, including illness, change of plans, or perceived safety concerns, do not entitle the Participant to a refund beyond the terms above. Appropriate insurance is strongly recommended.

12.7 Organiser Cancellation and Force Majeure
If the Event cannot be performed due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control, including but not limited to war, governmental restrictions, or widespread disruption to essential services, the Organiser may cancel the Event.

In such case, the Participant shall be entitled to a credit or refund at the Organiser’s discretion, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

The Organiser shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages arising from such circumstances.

If the Event is cancelled for reasons within the Organiser’s control, a full refund will be provided.
	13.	Removal
Participants may be removed for breach or unsafe behaviour.
	14.	Liability
The Organiser is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
	15.	Indemnity
Participants indemnify the Organiser against claims arising from their actions.
	16.	Media Rights
Participants consent to photography and promotional use.
	17.	Intellectual Property
All branding and materials belong to the Organiser.
	18.	Event Adjustments and Operational Flexibility
The Organiser reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, accommodations, logistics, vehicles, and other elements of the Event where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to fuel availability, traffic conditions, weather, safety considerations, or local restrictions.

Such modifications shall not constitute a material change to the Event, provided that the overall nature, duration, and experience of the Event are preserved.

The Participant acknowledges that the Event is a curated and dynamic experience and that variations may occur. No refund or compensation shall be due in respect of such modifications.

The Event shall be considered performed and delivered in such circumstances.
	19.	Amendments
These Terms may be updated with notice to Participants.
	20.	Governing Law
Swedish law applies.
